Graduate in Business Administration and Management and Master’s degree in Adlerian Counseling, I have worked for more than 25 years in people development. I began my career in multinational organizations such as Accenture and Intermón Oxfam and after 10 years of working with adults, I changed the direction of my career and began working with young people through education. There I held different management positions and led teams of more than 40 people.

Founder of Positive Discipline Lab in 2015. Lead Trainer in Positive Discipline in the Classroom, in the Family, in Early Childhood and in Organizations. I work with different leadership models such as Empowering People in the Workplace, Encouragement Consultant, Bridge, Sikkhona, among others and I am specialized in the development of organizational health.

I am a mother of three children, ages 20, 17 and 15.

Psychologist specialized in the field of business and MBA from ESADE. With more than 20 years of experience leading teams in different types of companies, my own consultancy specialized in Retail Marketing, multinational companies and family businesses, developing teams has been one of my successes and a great source of satisfaction, always obtaining excellent professionals and teams .

A professor at ESADE for more than 10 years, my interest in the subject led me to train in Positive Discipline, and in the Bridge and Shikkona models, which I have applied in the professional field with great satisfaction in all the companies in which I have worked. Simple and effective models that transform teams and people.

I am a mother of three children, ages 25, 23 and 20.
